Andre, Rick and myself left the river about 8:30. Seas were rougher than predicted at 2-3's so we hit a close in spot first. 55' deep, a nice series of ledges. Andre and I did nice long 30+ minute dives here and slayed the fish pretty good despite the 10 foot of vis.

Rick dove this spot by himself and came back with a keeper gag.

We decide to go dive O tower since it was close and see if we could find an AJ or cobia. They weren't home but the mangroves were thick. I got a nice stringer full despite forgetting my gloves for the dive.

Vis was a much better 40+ feet here. Lots of cudas, angelfish, spades and a couple of permit. We found one small school of AJ's with no keepers in it.
We called it a day after that. The seas had layed down nicely and we were able to run back in at 30 mph.
Nice day and nothing broke.
Final tally:
3 gags to 27"
13 mangroves to 6 pounds
2 sheeps
2 triggers
