This weekend at Anky was great for early am redfish action...when the sharks didn't get them! I've never seen so many sharks in 1-2 feet of water. I lost a couple of nice redfish to them along with two of my
very favorite topwater lures.

If anyone remembers Frankie Laine singing THAT LUCKY OLD SUN...
well, I think the first verse was perfect for the setting!

Good job, RTF. Timely pics for your song, also.
The mouth of that river around the grass always looks like it's screaming
"REDFISH" every time I go out there. I do love fish'in around that river.
Hey, do you think the reds might try to come up river this winter?

we have caught a lot of really small sharks this year, 10 - 12"
