Any of the 1% cortisone creams knock it out for me. Apply often and liberally.

A shot in the arm from the doc is about the only thing that works for me, not to mention it starts working instantly!
I hate that stuff!!

It's FINALLY turned the corner... I did the Teknu soap deal, the Calagel lotion, the 1% hydricortisone cream... none of it worked.
Thanks for the tips, though. You better believe I'll be on the lookout for that mess the next time I hit the woods!

Glad ya got a handle on it, IKN.
My Moma always put calamine lotion on any itch problem, particularly the poison ivy or oak variety. It's still a staple in my medicine cabinet along with rubbing alcohol, h. proxide, and Vick's.

Bourbon and coke. Apply liberally until rash and itching disappear.

The Teknu treatment (not just the soap) works for me, the soap is only for within a couple of hours of coming in contact with it.
I never had a problem with it until I got into it with a weedeater

, now I start itching every time I play golf (anyone who plays will know what I mean).

Apply a layer of catfish slime and allow it to dry. Itching will stop immediately... An old fisherman's remedy
