Fished east and west, creeks and flats today out of the Aucilla. Hotter than hell, but felt good to be back out on the water.

Managed 6 reds to 28" and 3 trout to 19"

Had a 12' Manatee bump the back of the boat while fishing the shoreline. :o Scared the crap outta me.

Caught'em on a mirrolure, a gold spoon, and a redfin.

1 of the reds...

Nice catch. How come you could not catch any trout the day you and I fished a trout tournament? And don't give me any of that shook up from launching the boat crap.

I was thinking, who pulled you out of the muck at Keaton? Who's boat did you dump on the ramp? Strangely coincidental

Four REAL FISHING BUDDIES pulled us out of the muck at Keaton while lesser fishing buddies gawked in awe. The dump in question was the boat operators responsibility to remove the boat from the trailer in a reasonable amount of time.

I'd be willng to bet one of them "real fishing buddies" was probaly the reason you were in the muck to start off with.
