St Marks lighthouse. Took babygurl who loves to git in the water and ketch thangs

Got there about 12:30, figured we would be hitting the tide right. A yak guy said he limited yesterday but this morn was nuthing.

We drited the first 2 bars to the left of the ramp canal, nothing.
Moved around towards east river, nothing.

Took my girl over to that isalnd with the rocks by the river channel. She was crab chasing then!.
Had dolphins come up right beside the boat at the 2nd bar, and my girl wanted to jump out and swim with them!

It was ruff for my little john and we took it easy, and it was still a great day cause she ahd fun and wants to go back "all the time" with dear ol' Dad!

Did bring in 1 baby trout.

Good quality time with your girl....

Spent the day out east of the Lighthouse but further out, in line with the birdrack. Caught several short trout. Then got tired of fighting the wind and came in around the oyster bars. West around the area west of the river mouth....nothing! Did see a big shark! All in all it was a tough day fighting wind and current.
