Went out around 8:00 am. IT WAS COLD!! Went out to our first stop approximately 1/2 mi. out on the flats. Caught 3 fish there. Two of them were good gators 6lbs +.. Went on out to 4 ft of water and fished there for the rest of the day. Ended up with 12 fish. Would have had our limit early, because we caught a heap of the barely 15 inchers. I am personally to scared to keep them, as they will shrink in the ice box. (I know a guy that got wrote up for doing it) Lures of choice were our very own Hyper Grub and Mirro Lures. Presentation has to be slow and steady.
