Wanted-Parts for '73 Evinrude

My neighbor is looking for a recoil assembly for his 1973 4HP Evinrude. The motor model number is 4306C and the specific part number is 393617. If anyone has this part of a complete that isn't running to sell for parts, please email me. seanruane@hotmail.com
