Jalepeno Pepper Juice/Slices on Fish

Not really a recipe, but just got through eating some fried trout from my modest performance this weekend at St. Mark's. The family has been pouring jalepeno juice on fish (after it's cooked) for years. I've graduated to adding j'peno slices on top of the fish (bites). Was feeling a little spicey tonight, so I added some cayenne pepper to the baked fries (as they were cooking). Washed down with a cold adult beverage. Man, what a good meal!
