St. Marks 11/18/06

Today was much different than yesterday.
First of all, NOAA wasn't even close. NOAA had predicted 5 to 10 from the northwest. It was a steady 15 from the north. The tide never fully came in. And when it turned it left in a big hurry. I came close to spending the night out there.
All that said, I did manage 4 reds and 5 flounder.

Again, all caught on a jig.

You got that right

I went to my close in spot first thing this morning

Ran out at 20 to 25mph, came back in at 10mph and took four waves over the bow at that

Ya done pretty good for what ya had to work with

We are catching a lot of flounder on the edge of the flats right now. I sure like the way they eat!

Yep. NOAA screwed up again. They're making a habit of this.
