After the snafu at the prop bending Flint River my buddy and I decided to go the big "O" instead. We arrived at 0745 and launched around 0800 and headed up river to the deep ledges that we fished last week. Tide was ripping out and it was difficult to keep the bait down. We caught a few there with a red fish mixed in. I hung a big one near the tressle and it wrap me around a log. 
After the tide switched and filled the creeks a little we slid the Ranger up Bear creek. We caught a few small ones and my buddy caught a 3 pounder. We then headed to Buckhorn and caught nothing up there. Took the boat out at 1700 and headed for the Coastal to gorge on some seafood. 
Total catch for the day
Him 3 bass
Me 9 bass and 1 redfish.
