Need help badly!

I am still new to fishing the area out of St. Marks and I have been trying to learn the water and find some structure but I seem to be missing it. What kind of relief am I looking for? I know I have been told to go to the last marker (I assume this is Sm) and head southeast 5 miles (150 degrees?) but I am just not catching anything trolling. This would be my first grouper trolling.

Now I live in CO and only get down there every couple of months (good airline ticket prices) so if somebody wants good places to Elk hunt (bow or gun) in exchange for grouper numbers we can make a deal. Or if somebody would just like to go fishing the next time I am down (Feb 28 - March 6) we can also do that. My wife is loosing confidence in me. So far I keep giving up and going to OAR numbers to catch some fish but no keeper grouper yet. At least some shorts.

OK I have wined as much as I can stand.

Went out to O tower on the 29th and found a spot a little ways away. Caught alot of shorts and red snapper. Of course they were out of season. Did catch a 27.5" AJ. That was a good fight.

Really thanks for any help.
