Can you provide more details (rooms, baths, sq ft) - I am interested. Do I see a sunroom in the backyard?

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is 984sq ft. New Pergo floors in the living, dinning, and kitchen. Also new carpet in the bedrooms. High ceiling in the living room. There is a sunroom in the back with a fenced in back yard. All appliances stay except for the freezer in the sunroom.
