Email notifications.

Is it possible to change the automatic selection of, "Notify me when a reply is posted" , to where you have to tick the box, to receive the notification.
If I forget to uncheck the box, I get loads of emails.
I know I shouldn,t forget, but I,m getting old and the memory is fading.
I check the site a lot, when I,m "on-line" and don,t really need the automatic reminders.
This is not a "moan", just a small point.
