Little Advice Please

Going to Cbelle this weekend in hopes of going offshore but with the forcast that may be impossible . Anyway i was lookin for a direction in which to maybe catch some trout sheepshead flounder whatever may be the case in this area . Are they in the river or else were . Not lookin for anyones honey hole just some ideas thanks ahead of time .

I'm not that familiar with inshore fishing around Alalach. But, if over there is anything like over here, I would go in the bay.

As cold as it is forecast to get (low-30's) I would try live shrimp around the bridge and around the island in the river. The fish will probably be all bunched up together trying to stay warm in holes and pockets. The afternoon would likely be your best bet. Good Luck :thumbup:

I ain't been fishin much lately, particularly in the river, but folks were catching quite a few a couple of weeks ago.
A couple of days ago, I asked a friend, if they were still in the river and his answer was not much catchin goin on in the past week..So, just got to get out there and see, I guess.

I would take the time to drive to the Whiskey George boat ramp 7 miles up Hwy 65 on the left. If I saw a good number of people who have launched then I would fish there. Good Trout and Redfish this time of year.
