We had our first fishing tournament Saturday morning from 8-12:00. The water temp at the boat ramp was 55 deg F and the surface temperature on the pump house was a boiling 22 deg F. It warmed up to 66 deg F by the end of the day and fun was had by 12 anglers competing in our first event of 2007. The biggest fish was caught by Littoral who boated and measured a 20" flounder he caught on a fly. Probably the first and last time a flounder will win the biggest fish, but why not be as unusual as the whole day was. Congratualtions to all those that attended and we look forward to more participation from everyone in the future.

Not yet but I'm sure to try asap. I bet floating line and a tiny piece of something suspended in front of them would do it.
