I was just wondering if fishing the river this time of year was worth trying. I never tried it and would appreciate any input. Thanks.

I've heard from a few trusted sources that there's really good fishing up in the river when it gets cold.
I've wanted to give it a try for a while now but never got around to it.
Good luck and let us know how you do

I'm not real familiar with it but I have caught reds and convicts at the 98 bridge.

I haven't been fishin the river, but a friend has be catchin' a red or three. No report on trout. I'll ask around, see if I can get a report.

This is a summertime pic. But you'll get the idea.

Thanks, fellas. I may give it a try when the tides are better. We used to fish under the old bridge when I was a kid and caught a few.

Man, you can tell I haven't been doing any fishin. I forgot trout was out right now. Probably the reason nobody's catchin any.
I did get the brake pads on 'wat'ser name's car done, though. One more thing off the HD list.
The answer to your question is, yes fishing is generally good in the river this time of year.
