Fiberglass work

Hello everyone. I recently found you guys here and I now peek in regularly at the site. I live in Wakulla county close to St. Marks, so I [/b]probably see a lot of you guys out on the water.
I own a 19' Carolina skiff and recently decided to construct a rear casting deck on it. Having considerable carpentry knowlege, I constructed the platform from pressure treated lumber and plywood. NOT having fiberglass knowlege, I just read from an online product spec to NOT use pressure treated plywood for glass work due to the inability for the resin to permeate the grain of the wood. This can cause future delamination.
Anybody have any background with this? Is there any type of bonding agent to pre apply to the deck before I glass it?
Thanks
