Just keep it greased, it'll probably last a looooong time.
I know it is going to worry the crap outta ya, so go get a new bearing /seals kit and replace it.

Looks like the good wheel is on the way out too. Needs new rear seals. While your hands are greasy may as well do it all....bearing and seals.
EDIT: If you ain't losing grease don't add grease It blows out the rear seals. .02

Yep I am thinking it got overpacked (by me) and the rear seal stopped working or departed for parts unknown. Can you replace just a rear seal?

Is there a kit at boaters world or an auto parts store or something?

chew might be able to tap the seal back in place...you might have to take it off though

Boater World and West Marine usually have them...not that expensive.

Luke, Call Loadmaster and have them send you some new seals. As new as your boat is I would just replace the rear seal on the bad hub.
Almost all seals and bearing have numbers on them that are universal. If you remove the seal you will see the number.
The trick is to find a place that only sell seals.
Never and I mean never use an air grease gun. They will blow out your rear seals. When greasing the type hubs you have. When you see the spring move foward. STOP that's all you need.
If you have any questions give me a call on my cell.

Yes, you can replace the seals but you are taking a chance on whether or not any damage has been done to the bearings. They are very likely fine but there is a chance if you ran them without grease that they could be damaged. Once the seals have been replaced grease the bearings GENTLE. You do not want to grease them until you see grease, by that time you have blown the seal...Good luck

That is true. But, Luke may have only 500 miles on his trailer. Or maybe 800.
He just got carried away with the grease gun.
