I thought it was a bit tight...it was split second decision...I guess he will know what to do next time, as well as the others

The guy in the other boat waved him through and they probably do that all the time with each other, but in the public you would never do that, or shouldn't. He should have played John Q Public with the camera's all over the place.

My thought was; What would the FWC do if one of us ran through a pile of boats like that? "Jail".
I think the right call was made. If it had been ignored then they would all be doing it next time. Then it would take someone getting seriously hurt to stop it.

At the same time he was in the river channel and did wave him on through. I think it was a little to close for comfort but at the same time don't tell some one to come by and then turn him in  maybe some points docked or something like that but to kick him out of the biggest tourney of the year for a lack of judgment I thought that was a little hard,,,that's just me----how many people has went by some one at the mouth of the river while they sit in the Chanel and fished??

Greg Swindle "buzzed" several boats coming through the channel at the Classic and was disqualified for unsportsmanlike behavior. Unfortunately for him, the boat he buzzed the closest had an ESPN camera on it.
