I haven't posted in a while so I guess I should stop lurking and start contributing.
Got on the water this morning a little after 7:00. Shot across the bay and started killing the trout. Picked up two good keepers and probably 20 to 25 that were 14"+ and had to go back. Wind was out of the west but shifted to the north and things slowed down. Within 15 minutes it had shifted to the east and the bite completely stopped.
We fished a bunch of different holes. We got on a hole full of whiting in the middle of the day and put about 20 of those in the cooler before we hit the creeks looking for trout again. Manged to pick up one good trout at about 21" and a couple of short reds.
Back at the ramp around 4:00. A long slow day.
