No pressure here...

Just have a look at the FRIDAY portion:
Skill Set #1 (Swimming Proficiency):
- Swim 400 yards without use of equipment in 12 minutes or less. Swim
goggles are allowed. A variety of strokes will be expected to be
demonstrated including crawl, breast stroke and side stroke.
- Tread Water for 15 minutes without use of equipment
- Swim 25 yards underwater without coming to the surface. Swim goggles are
allowed.

Skill Set #2 (Skin Diving Proficiency):
- Swim 1,000 yards in skin diving equipment (mask, fins and snorkel).
- Place Mask, Fins and Snorkel on the bottom of the pool. Swim to a point 40
feet away and execute a surface dive underwater to the equipment, recover
and don all equipment and clear Mask. Swim to the surface where diver will
breathe through the snorkel for no less then 5 breaths. (INST)
- Place Mask and Snorkel on the bottom of the pool. Swim to a point 40 feet
away and execute a surface dive underwater to the equipment, recover and don
all equipment and clear Mask. Swim to the surface where diver will breathe
through the snorkel for no less then 5 breaths. (AI)

Skill Set #3 (Equipment Proficiency):
- SCUBA Bailout
- 50 yard U/W Neutral Buoyancy Swim
- SCUBA Ditch
- 10 minute tread water in SCUBA Gear then orally inflate and doff gear

Skill Set #4 (Buddy Breathing):
- 200 yard swim Single-Regulator Buddy Breathing
- Exchange Gear while maintaining Buddy Breathing
- 200 yard swim Single-Regulator Buddy Breathing
- Exchange Gear back while maintaining Buddy Breathing
- Reverse roles
- 200 yard swim Single-Regulator Buddy Breathing
- Exchange Gear while maintaining Buddy Breathing
- 200 yard swim Single-Regulator Buddy Breathing
- Exchange Gear back while maintaining Buddy Breathing


Skill Set #5 (Diving Rescues):
- Successfully rescue a panicking diver at the surface
- Successfully rescue an unconscious diver at depth
