Still, 60 fish this time of the year is great! This is just the beginning of the season for trout to move back out onto the flats. They will be inconsistent over the next 2 weeks, assuming the weather stays warm and then for a stretch they will be everywhere feeding up for the spawn. Then they will get scattered again. I have pinpointed any consistent spots east of the oklocknee since i haven't fished there much... just passing by headed offshore most of the time. iguess i'll just have to fish and explore more in this area. that's why it's called fihing not catching.
We fished there Saturday, my report is in the reports section, we did not catch a lot of trout but of the six we caught, four were keepers, and all between 17 -19". Yeah, I kind of guessed that, we missed the only water movement that day as it rose up in the morning and then stayed up.
