How about the IM10X model, TC? It's about $15-20 more than the classic graphite, I like the handle better.

I'm going to be at the BPS in Atlanta in a couple of weeks with a list of rods to look at so I don't get that "deer in the headlights" :o look when I walk in the door.

Actually, I'm using the IM10X rods, Ken. They're a little lighter, and a little more sensative than the classic series. I have the WR1 in the IM10X series, and I have the TWS in the IM6 series. The IM10X superceded the older IM6 series. If you're willing to spend the extra $20 per rod, they are much more comfortable to use.

I'll betcha All Star is fixin to drop the "Classic Graphite" line of rods. There was a guy at the Fisharama with 3-4 big garbage cans slap full of them at less than retail. Today I got a sale paper from BPS with them for $25 off.

They change the names on their lines of rods about every 5 years. Altho, the classic series has been around for about 10 years. You may very well be right.
