Wearing a PFD.

I can't say enough "Wear your PFD". There are contest to make PFD's lighter, smaller, and less cumbersome. WHY? So people will wear them. PFD's may be cumbersome and in your way, but when it comes time to do its job, you will aprreciate its use. Please wear your PFD. One guide lost his life outside of Jacksonville while fishing by himself. one kayaker lost his life while kayaking near Fort Walton in a tandem kayak. May of us use the excuse that we are in less than 2 feet of water, but thats no excuse. You can have a heart attack and fall out and drown. You can get a cramp and fall out and drown. If you are in 62 deg F water, you can get hypothermia and die. Please wear your PFD to keep you afloat so that you can be saved. WEAR YOUR PFD ITS THE LEAST YOU CAN DO! THE LEAST!
