Checked everytning last night, and flipped the nav lights switch and nothing. Everything else works. Disconnected stern lights and no juice. Where should I check first?

Generally when you are trouble shooting a wiring problem, its best to start at the source. Do you have 12 vDC. Then you should go halfway between the source and the problem. But If you have 12v (+-10%) then go to the switch and check for power there. If you have power on one side, and you flip the power on, check the other side of the switch. If you have it there, check to see if you have power at the bulbs. If you do not have power at the switch, then you have a wiring or corrosion problem after the battery. Maybe at a terminal that distributes power to different sources on your boat.

Eureka!

Found the problem. At one of the contacts going under the switch, sanded the contact and wahla, lights. Thanks all!
