GAGES AND WIRING

I HAVE A FRIEND THAT HAS AN OLD HEWES AND IS WANTING TO HAVE IF RE-WIRED AND NEW GAGES INSTALLED. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?

My advice. Tell him to do it himself. that way he will know where everything goes and how to fix it when it tears up. Tell him to run extra pull ropes and to label everything. It is not hard, just time consuming.

Crocker DIY is a great way, but if your friend does not want to do it, Al Smyth is one of the best for wiring :thumbup:

Unless it's broke don't fix it....if you want to upgrade gauges that is fine, but unless the wiring is causing problems I would just upgrade the gauges in an hour or two and go fishing 8) :thumbup: :thumbup:

If you want it done right, do it yourself, (or have TC help you, he knows everything there is to know about boats :-D )

Hey guys, them boys at Soundworks in T-ville are always rewiring boats. Not sure about how much they charge but I know they do good work.
