I've got a graduation ceremony to go to in a couple Saturdays at FSU and was wondering if you guys had any nice restaurants over that way to take the family afterwards for a late lunch early dinner. Tallahassee will be slam full so we don't want to eat there. We liked Angelo's, but they're still rebuilding, used to go to the Harbour House but things are not the same there anymore. We're looking for something like that, preferably overlooking the water. Any help would be appreciated.

What about Hookwrecked Henrys at the Panacea marina. They're on the water. You can eat inside or outside.
What about Poseys steam room in Panacea. Not on the water and not fancy but the freshest seafood I've had.
If you want good food you got it at these places.

I was there last week, good food but I didn't see a river just lots of ruff

but that's another story. Good food but it's a clubhouse atmosphere.
You can't beat Spring Creek, share the "special" with your wife and you still may not eat it all, about $32 but it's not on the water either.
Hookwreck Henry's is good and on the water but don't go there if you're in a hurry. You'll have plenty of time for some adult beverages

.
Harbor house and The Landing are also nearby, both good and the Coastal will give you all you can eat at a reasonable price.
