NEED A MOTOR WITH CONTROLS

I HAVE GOTTEN THE BOAT THAT SKAG GAVE ME READY TO PUT A MOTOR ON. I NEED A 75--115 H.P. MOTOR WITH CONTROLS, PREFERE A JOHNY-RUDE BUT WOULD CONSIDER OTHERS. OLDER MODEL V-4 OR THE INLINE 3 CYLINDER WOULD DO. PLEASE DO NOT WAISTE MY TIME OR YOURS IF IT IS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION, I AM TOO OLD TO START REBUILDING ANOTHER ENGINE.

PA- I have a set of 1988 Evinrude controls that could be used but the wire harness has been sheared off at the plug. Waivel Porter could probably rig it to an existing harness of a 3 cylinder evinrude. (Sorry no steering cable)
It's yours if you want it.

HEY , I HAVE THE STEERING SET UP, AND HOPEFULLY I WILL BE ABLE TO GET AN ENGINE WITH SHIFTER AND THROTTLE CONTROLS.
I WILL KEEP IN MIND.

IT WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE I FINISH THE COMPLETE PROJECT. I HAVE FILLETED THE HOLE WHERE THE OUTDRIVE WAS INSTALLED AND HAVE STARTED TO MAKE A OUTBOARD MOTOR BRACKET THAT WILL BOLT ONTO THE TRANSOM. IT WILL BE 32" WIDE AND 24" HIGH. WHEN I GET THIS ON THE BOAT I WILL THEN PUT ON THE JACK PLATE I AM GETTING FROM NATHAN. THIS WILL GIVE ME A TOTAL SET BACK FROM THE TRANSOM OF 18" WHICH WILL GIVE ME PLENTY OF ROOM TO TILT OR TRIM THE MOTOR. I AM SHOOTING FOR A FINISH DAY SOME TIME IN SEPT. HOPEFULLY.

THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION. I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED A 1995 115 EVINRUDE WITH ALL THE CONTROLS, INCLUDING THE RACK AND PINION STEERING FROM A FELLA UP IN MOULTRIE, IT ONLY HAS 355 HOURS ON IT AND LOOKS LIKE NEW. GOT IT FOR $900 , I HAD TO REMOVE ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT AND STEERING CABLES WITH THE RACK AND PINION. ONLY TOOK ABOUT 6 HOURS BUT I GOT IT DONE.
HE IS PUTTING A NEW 150 YAMAHA ON IN PLACE OF THE 115 I PURCHASED FROM HIM. THE MOTOR I GOT HAS ONLY BEEN USED UP IN LAKE BLACKSHEAR AND LOOKS LIKE NEW.
