Has it put a halt or slowed down your fishing? For me to go, it usually takes about 60 gallons of gas for the truck and 20 gallons for the boat for 3-4 day trip.

Just pizzes me off. Cost more to play.

Its a huge rip off. Oil price goes down. They take the refineries offline. War drums roll oil prices go up. Record profits for the oil companies while America suffers. There is nothing free market when a handful of companies control the supply of a commodity as important as oil to our country. Its monopolies in collusion.

Nope :-D It takes 2 gallons at most for the truck and 1 gallon for the boat inshore, or 6 gallons to go offshore :smt004

It's not the boat I'm worried about.

Heh, I just traded in my V8 Mustang for a 6 cylinder truck....better gas mileage believe it or not. Plus I can put 87 in the tank instead of 93. So I'm only paying a little more a month towing the boat with the truck than when I was cruising around in the Mustang.

I'd say yes.
It's about $400 in fuel for a 3 day weekend. :smt010
