Fried mustard Kingfish

Post by Caught Up »

I know most people say don't fry king-fish. Lets face it, most people don't even eat kings. But if you bring a few home and you want to try something different try this. All you do is take small pieces of king and roll them around in plain mustard then batter with fish fry and let the grease do the rest. I tried it at a family gathering and the guest really liked it. No joke. I liked it too. :lick:

Heck, I like kings (small ones) and I like mustard, so I'll probably love em battered in mustard.
