Are they open to the public? Would they be ok for a 16ft carolina skiff? Usable At all tide stages? Any fee? Any recent problem with vandalism to parked cars?
I have not been out there in years. Any recent info appreciated.

				Doug-
There are three ramps:
1- off Mariner's circle, be ware of low tide trailering. This landing is hard sand, and parking is not a problem if you arrive early.
2- Public Ramp located farther out on the alligator point peninsula. Again, be ware of low tide trailering. and there is no where to park.
3- Private Ramp for marina members only, located 1/2 mile down from the public ramp. Again it is for Marina Members only.
Your safest ramp is #1. Go out and return on high tide and you should do fine. I have put my 17' Key West in there several times. The only time I had trouble was on a negative low tide.
Another option is to drive further down 98 to Lannark (7-8 Miles past Alligator Point). This ramp is owned by the Lannark Boat club. There is a $10 ramp fee, and it is worth the$ for the piece of mind, parking and ease of trailering. They also have a serve yourself fish cleaning station.

we were just talking about this last week. Not much room to park at the S Curve and NO where to park at the Marina. There is another small ramp off of Alligator Drive in Sun-N-Sand Blvd.
