Just visiting family with a computer so I thought I'd drop a few lines to all my old friends.
I'm living at Keaton Beach, retired ,and enjoying every minure of it.
Thanks to all of you who sent cards and letters when I was ill, they really helped pick up my spirits.
Don't have a computer hooked up yet, so I have to use other people's computers. I won't be able to post every day. Hope to have power in my new house within the next few months, then I can get back on line again.
Still fishing almost every day, (health permitting.) If ya'll are in my neck of the woods, give me a shout.

It's good to be back amoungest the living. Hope the fishing has been better where ya'll are this year. I've been catching a lot of reds and sheephead, but the trout has been kinda slow for me. Darn water temp has been slow to come up. Last Tues. my wife, myself and my nephew fished about four hours. We kept fourteen trout two flounder, eight spanish, and two blues.
Having to use a laptop so I have no way to send pictures right now, but I do have some good pictures.

Rocket,
It took thirty-four long years of service to the Marine Corps. The last two I almost didn't survive, but I made it. Now I answer only to the tides, the wind. and ...... of course my bride of thirty-three years. I still find it hard to believe sometimes.
I felt the same way you do the day a couple years ago, when Tin Can started his retirement.
