Free Project Boat/Trailer

This rig is a real wreck, but a fellow I know asked me to try to give it away before he demolishes it. It's about 14 ft long, fiberglass with no engine. One tire is flat and one tire/wheel is missing altogether. This boat was abandoned and left on the property he purchased. The boat has a Fl. Reg number, but I coud not find a data plate on the trailer.
