Keaton Beach 5/16-5/20

Had a fantastic trip to Keaton Beach from the 16th to the 21st. The fishing was great and the company even better. Caught a boat load of nice trout, a few keeper reds, and even a keeper cobia. Throw in a bunch of spanish, blues, ladies, sharks, and catfish and we kept pretty busy. We were able to pick up trout early on diving plugs, red and white and some yellows appeared to be the ticket. They were poppin at the top-waters early in the day, but wouldn't hook up. Later in the day we'd throw plastics, gulps, and pin fish under cajun thunders. Everything seamed to work at one time or another, but the pins were the most consistent producer. Picked up the reds on spinner baits and pin fish. The cobia took a pin fish under a cajun. It was a good ride for a while.
Bil picked up the prize trout, a 26" 5# beast, Peng a 20" redfish, and I got the 34" Cobia, so everyone went home happy. Starting to plan next years trip already. Here's some pics of our best fish.

Sorry for the delay, it took me a while to clean up and get the pics.
