Well, started off teaching Sunday School this morning so that meant we got a late start. My wife and I got on the water about 2:00 and fished a devious dropping tide. We kept one big trout,a nice red, a A couple 13" rock bass, and a huge spanish. I was very unfortunate today with a huge red. I saw him chasing some mud minnows up on a shallow bar and casted to him and boy did he show out. He took about forty yards of drag and popped my line without even thinking about stopping, but oh well, it was fun while it lasted. And like everyone always complains about, please give people space, I saw a pontoon boat about tie his boat off to Bad Behavior today, I would love to hear about this.

Good day CT especially for the short time you guys were down. Oh and by the way, those numbers I told you I would check for next weekend, its twelve miles from the mouth, eight minute run,if its choppy, and that will be our first stop next weekend. We went and the water temp was only one degree cooler than at 9:30 in close. I figure we can go catch our limits and then be back to catch our reds by 8:00 am. Micheal got broke off twice by two trout way bigger than anthing Ive caught in close. He was fishing the Southern Undertakers favorite while I was throwing a catch 2000. Needless to say Ill need one of those in your bag from the store next weekend. Thats the place where we caught 20 or so of the keepers and not another boat around!!!! Dang pllace is hard to get into but its worth it. Im going Friday pm to check the other spot. Its not far from there, maybe a four mile, five to six minute ride. Pm me later.

Oh yea, and I saw four cobes yesterday @ the spot. Couldnt get em to take a plastic but I ve got some eels lined up for next weekend. Did you see how fat those trout were in the picture I emailed you?? Any 24" trout that weighs almost six pounds is worth a twelve mile trip. hated to let her back!!! I dont know why I bought a boat wth three livewells, I never remember to turn em on!!
