I will post pictures of the flies...We might do a auction like thing in the future, if we have enough interest....At the moment it's taken 24 hours to gather 5 participants, so we will need alot more interest.

On that note if your a lurker and would like to participate, send me an email and you will remain anonymous

Jim,

PM me your address and I'll send these suckers out in the next day or two. It doesn't take long to tie a half dozen of either of these. Since it's raining, I might just include both of them just for the heck of it

I've got to pass on the EP Baitfish, this was my last set of eyes  I'll tie it up next go round.
I'm still in for the Flats Bunny though.

All right I made my procrastinating self get to work...here's mine...It's a combo of a toad, kwan and merkin...I call it the Whisker crab.

Whisker crab recipe:
#4 34007 Mustad hook
Olive waxed thread
Olive deer hair (belly) & Krystal flash lavender pearl for the tail
white rug yarn for the egg sack
tan and brown rug yarn for the body
mini brass dumb bell eyes (1/8 )
30 lb mono weed guard
5 minute epoxy the eyes
I trim the body with a 5 cent euro and leave the egg sack flared
Egg sack is a 1 inch piece of yarn folded in half and tied at the fold to make it flare.

Rough tied untrimmed version

Final versions and some others thrown in for contrast

Here are mine

Image

#4 Mustad
calf tail and rabbit fur tail
flash wrapped body
bead chain eyes
gummy epoxy over body

*** freakin epoxy is a pain in the neck to get even on the body. Oh well, the fish don't mind too much. The trout have been killing this thing left and right. I hope it produces for you guys like it has been for me

was going to tie some of these flats bunnies, but ran out of dumbell eyes and the fly shop has been closed this week. Bass Pro is too far, so I'm going with the minnow
