Made the long trek up to Pennsylvania this past weekend for my sis-in-laws wedding. I spent most of the time at the lake trying to do a little fly fishing with my 3 year old. He used the "Spidey Pole"......
I didn't take long for the bream to start hitting flies.....
The boy got in on the action with nightcrawlers....
Not long after we started fishing, I had a watersnake shoot right by me after a fish......here's what it looked like right before it got whacked
Uncle Jason stopped by to check out the action....
Managed to catch these one after another and a few 3-5 lb. largemouths....
Stopped by the inlaws to scope out some hunting property for this upcoming season there......we saw more deer there in 3 days than I have seen in florida all year long!!!! We even spent one morning calling up turkeys from the valley below.......pretty cool
I wanted to go search for rainbows and browns, but just ran out of time to sneak off for a day of trout fishing
It was a relaxing weekend and can't wait to get back for hunting season........
