Please help with part ID

Thanks in advance for any help. 70 hp merc needs bushings. The problem is I don't know the name of the part where the bushings go. The part in question is the tube attached to the transom mount that allows the engine to turn left and right and appears to be an integral part of the motor mount itself. The shift linkage rod runs through this tube. My problem is that the lower bushing is worn or gone or worse and the engine wobbles when it's running. I feel like I can make this repair myself if I can ID the parts I need. Also I really don't want to invest in a manual. I can use the boat in its current condition but I'm afraid the problem will only get worse over time. Thanks again for any help
