Lanark Sat. 3/22/03

Well we tried it and what a beautiful day, all but the wind. I can't find
a good reason for that much wind unless you own a sail boat. Fished from
about 7:00 until we got blown off the water around 1:30. Water was dark
even back towards Turkey Point. The three of us could only manage five
keepers, four around 16" and one 22" (I didn't catch that one). We had about twice that many shorts. A game officer told us that another fisherman had caught around 30 but had only one keeper.
We caught them on Electric Chickens, DOA shrimp, dead shrimp tipped grubs and a gold colored grub produced the biggest one. Most of the keepers were caught without a CT.
