Gritcakes with Crab and Bacon

We had left over crab, bacon and cheese grits... and my wife made something wonderful!

She made "Grit-Cakes" took the Cheese grits and made little balls- flattened them and toasted both sides.
Then piled the picked crab on top with a little crumbled bacon.
We put a little cocktail sauce on the side...
