We had left over crab, bacon and cheese grits... and my wife made something wonderful!


She made "Grit-Cakes" took the Cheese grits and made little balls- flattened them and toasted both sides.

Then piled the picked crab on top with a little crumbled bacon.
We put a little cocktail sauce on the side...

Dang!!

Really things like this should not be posted if you are not willing to deliver samples to each and every member of the site. Those look incredible.
