Finally the ole girl is rigged up and running good.Months ago i bought a 1995 Pro line 183 Flats stalker. She was in pretty good shape but needed some minor work.First i took her to Mikes Marine Ways for a good cleaning, glass work and installation of electronics,Garmin 172C gps,PolyPlanner radio with 2 6"speakers,Lowerance depth finder,Bobs 6" jack plate,Minnkota 82 trolling motor, and a Uniden radio.Boy was i supprised how good she looked when he was done, now all was left was tunning up the 130 V4 yamaha.I took her to Donald Hightower in Wacissa for carberator cleaning, and to drain out the stale gas. While on vacation this week i finally got to try her out and she runs great and takes the water very well. Now all she needs is some big ole trout and reds in the box,see you on the water.
Dang, That boat looks different! Proud for ya there Keith. When we going?? I likes it when my buddies get new boats, nothing like a change in scenery How does she handle the chop? When I saw her before I wondered. I told the fellow that was with me, I bet with that bow she'd do just fine, How bout a first hand report??
