Ocklocknee Shoals question

Have any of you done any fishing around the Ocklocknee Shoals? It turns out that my wife likes to go out there and swim around. While we're out there I'd like to fish some but have no idea of what type of fishing produces there. Although we did run up on a school of Mack's (tasted real good). I'm betting that trout fishing would be
