What boat in your opinion gives the driest ride in chop and gives the shallowest draft?

Let us narrow that down to a boat for the area local flats fishing.

We run a Mako 1900 inshore. It's not the shallowest draft, but it is a dry ride. I love it. I've been able to get where ever I have wanted to go so far with it thus far. A lot of the guys on here will have a much shallower running boat though. I think if you are thinking about a shallow water boat that does ok in chop then you can't go wrong with a Hewes.
