So, I started jogging this morning.......

and let me tell you its dark as a mutha at 5:30 a.m. and the quail woods ain't near as pretty as they are in the daylight. In fact they're kinda spooky.
Jogged 1 mile....pretty much felt like dying @ the 1st 1/4 mile. Pretty sure I had a small heart attack at 3/4 mile. I have no recollection of the last 1/4 mile.
Planning on jogging every other morning....we'll see how it goes.

Must be something in the air

I got up and did 10 situps and 10 pushups this mornin

but I have lost 14 pounds over the last 3 weeks

guess I just figured I needed ta start actually exercising to keep losing

I went jogging this morning...yep, I was sitting here reading this tread when a certain urge hit me and I jogged into one of the little rooms in my house...just in time

I actually worked out with a trainer two days this week-- my wife's idea.

With my boat in the shop

I have to stay busy in order to not think about it

My shop and yard has never looked better and I have built a roof-over to park the bikes and scooters under in those 3 weeks

I remember those days.... don't worry BD.. you'll grow out of it
One suggestion though.. tie one of Jason's dogs on to you for a pacer and protection from all them shadows and spooks that hang around just before daylight. If you do fall out you can send the dog back for help

I can paddle twelves miles in a fishing tournament and run about .17 miles after work. Funny how that works.
