Is it flowing again?

I have heard that's it's not, but haven't been there to verify that.

Last summer when Spring Creek was't flowing, the swamp behind the golf course was full of water. When it starting flowing again, the swamp dried up. Now the swamp is full again, almost to the point of running out on #13 fairway.

So to me, hearing that it isn't flowing holds water (buh-duh-doomp, biiish).

Slowly, on and off all summer. After heavy rain, a bit heavier. Not boiling though.
