I can't believe how prices are falling down there. I can see these units from my little "shack". Do these units have access to the private boat ramp, or is the C-quarters ramp the closest boat ramp access?

Hang on live line. They will fall even more.Within 2 years the folks who bought them expecting a resale for profit will be inundated with mortage payments they cannot make.
At that time some really good deals will be available.
If you notice, everything on the Forgotten Coast is for sale. However, nothing is selling.

Yea- wait for the bottom- thats the best time to buy
The sell it when the market tops out
Don't we all wish we could time it like that.
But this looks close-
We have already seeing people being forced to convert interest only loans...
That has been happening for a year.
This is significantly below any other unit in Carrabelle.
149 a square foot is reasonable in Tallahassee
If you are looking for a place down there this is a value.
I'll find out about the boat ramp...

I'm trying to get a clear answer from the Condo association...
So far it sounds like you do
not have access to the "private boat ramp".

If I didn't need to get my power trim fixed on One Keeper I'd prolly buy it.
