Battled the winds today.. & was victorious

Wow what a NE blow. Tide was down all day but started a nice "push" around two PM. To rough and too shallow in the bay , so we headed to the oyster bars to hide from the wind and waves. Mabey scare up a red. . Found a nice oyster bar that looked like it was holding fish. Lots of "stuff" caught, but the highlights were a nice 20 min. fight with Mr. Redfish that went 24 1/2 ", a nice Jack cravel . Took over 15 min. to bring in and release. 4 reds lost at the " strike " and a SEA SNAKE !!
A great day with TONS of LAUGHS ! A nice visit from a Manatee as well as watching the flippers on the hunt and kill. Girls loved it !
Glad we went , Glad we stuck it out, Glad we stayed.
MMMMMMmmmmm blackened redfish...........
