Wow, the press will be really upset that they didn't influence the jury enough.

I feel bad for the kid that died but when the law says lay down "You lay down" Its not that hard.

I think they where guilty

just not of what they where prosecuted for

The politicians and activist got involved and pushed the prosecution to bring charges that they didn't have a chance to win a guilty verdict for

If this had been a real military boot camp, with real drill instructors, the kid would likely still be alive, and if not...the outcome would have been reached much earlier and would have been a lot different.

Sad story all around. I don't there was criminal intent on the guards part, but they sure didn't take proper care.

No, in my opinion, the real sad story is how our justice system has been hijacked by politics.

Do any of you think that if that those guards that were not caucasian had been found GUILTY by an all white jury, we would have not had protests?

You can't have it both ways......

As for the kid, it was sad, but you need to research the charges and the reason this kid was there. He was NOT the little angel his momma and daddy are trying to portray on TV.

I also find it sad that the supposed "activists" like Sharpton and Jackson are deepening the divide between races instead of helping to heal it.

There is no need for activist if there is no division

and they know that very well

The kid had sorry parents and was raised up to be a sorry person "can't call em what I would like to"

The system failed they kid AND the guards!!!!!
The only reason this is of any importance is to show how activist can influance almost anything in our lives and that the black activist have the most solid base to get whatever they want
