Take the backbone of the filet and boil them in Buffalo sauce(Butter & Hot sauce)
By the way I still have several pieces of fish leftover for lunch tomorrow.
Did I say those were Large trout

Do you like the Landshark Lager? I am about as big of Parrothead as they come, and I wanted to like it but I don't. It tastes like a bitter Corona.

I think LandShark taste alot like Corona. I've always liked Corona but it has a funny smell(skunky). Havn't had that with LandShark yet. Have the same problem with Hiniken, like it but it smells skunky prefer Red Strip.
Found out last week that LandShark will be avaiable in Ga. this January.
Cant wait.
