I twisted Barhopr's arm (didn't take much) into going fishing with me today...Met him at the "Hill" loaded his gear and headed to the ramp.

It was kinda kewl being that I had shorts on with over pants, tshirt and a sweat shirt ...I found that my Frogg Toggs were a welcomed new layer of warmth.

We idled down to a spot I had heard held a few fish...didn't have any, so we moved down to another spot...I didn't take long for Barhopr to lock in a nice bluefish, then another...then I lock into a nice redfish, then another, then another.

Decided to make a run to the premo redfish spot...after nearly planting the boat on a bar...we arrive to find the water is gone...but some bait, there has to be something in this number one spot...only a porpoise

It's about lunch now, so we head to the hamburger stand on the water and have a cheese burger in paradise. We head off to where we found some fish this morning. Barhopr got the long pole out and I got the push pole and we worked the bank...Fish were super spooky, we never could get a good jump on them before they were spooked...Probably saw 20 or so fish...no takers on the flizzie pole though
